Svartsögruppen was founded in 2023 by Magnus Freland and Dan Hildebrand. Together, they identified the need for a management consulting firm with hands-on operational experience.
Dan and Magnus bring extensive experience in getting the job done. They have successfully led large enterprise improvement initiatives, organizational transformations, growth journeys, and won major public tenders and followed through on their implementation.
